I must make clear for legal purposes, by proceeding further to book a reading, be it Tarot, Psychic, Mediumship or Animal Communication you understand that readings are for entertainment purposes only. You agree, to accept full responsibility and hold harmless Randi “O” Sands and The Spiritual Coffee House LLC for any actions or decisions you choose to make based upon the information obtained in this reading. You further agree to hold Randi “O” Sands and The Spiritual Coffee House harmless of any and all emotional issues you may experience before, during or after this reading.

You understand that we make every effort to ensure that you are in alignment and open to receiving any sensitive information, but unforeseen emotions could surface to which you agree to hold the above mentioned parties/entities harmless. You further understand that at no time should any information that comes from this reading be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological and or business fact and are subject to your own personal interpretation and judgement. My services should in no way a substitute for those of qualified professionals and it is advised that you seek advice from relevant qualified professional.

Readings Refund Policy.
All appointments that are booked do not qualify for refund. Should an issue come up on your side, you will be given the first available appointment that works for the both of us.

You understand that we do have waiting lists so it is advised that you make every attempt to make your scheduled appointment. You will be given the opportunity to reschedule twice.

If you are not able to make your appointment after rescheduling twice you will not have the ability to reschedule and you will not be entitled to a refund. Should something happen on our end that requires us to have to reschedule, we will make every effort to get you back in the schedule as soon as possible at a time that works well for you.

Class/Workshop Refund Policy.
Please read class and workshop policy carefully as it is our utmost goal that everyone has a great experience and gets the most possibly out of each event/workshop.

Classes and workshops are non- refundable. Make sure you have your zoom links 24 hours before workshop session begins.

Likewise, once you sign up for a class, you should be on alert for an email containing all the login info.
