All appointments that are booked do not qualify for refund. Should an issue come up on your side, you will be given the first available appointment that works for both of us. You understand that we do have waiting lists so it is advised that you make every attempt to make your scheduled appointment. You will be given the opportunity to reschedule twice. If you are not able to make your appointment after rescheduling twice you will not have the ability to reschedule and you will not be entitled to a refund. Should something happen on our end that requires us to have to reschedule, we will make every effort to get you back in the schedule as soon as possible at a time that works well for you. Class/Workshop Refund Policy. Please read class and workshop policy carefully as it is our utmost goal that everyone has a great experience and gets the most possibly out of each event/workshop. Classes and workshops are non- refundable. Make sure you have your zoom links 24 hours before workshop session begins.
